Aeromall is a PPP project between the Airport Authority of India and Pebbles Infra-Tech Pvt. Ltd., developed to meet growing air traffic demand and ensure smooth passenger handling. It is a multi-level car park with essential amenities for travellers. The structure consists of 2 basements (B1 & B2), Ground, First, Second, Third, and Fourth levels. The total built-up area is 5 lakh sq. ft., including 3 to 5 lakh sq. ft. of parking and 1.5 lakh sq. ft. for a food court and retail spaces.

Seamless Connectivity & Spacious Retail with Extensive Parking

The facility offers over 1000 car parking spaces and is open 24/7 to the public. It features a state-of-the-art parking management and guidance system. Direct connectivity to the airport terminal is provided via a foot over bridge from the second floor. Dedicated pick-up points for commercial vehicles are available. All floors are connected by two-way ramps, allowing smooth vehicle movement.

The project is equipped with EV charging facilities and includes lifts with a 29-passenger capacity for easy access. Basement 1 and 2 connect to the retail and food court areas via escalators and lifts. A separate canteen, resting area, and washroom facilities are provided for drivers. The site also features a 1 MW solar power plant, UVSS, and 24/7 surveillance and security services.
